Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern After Hours Creative Limited's relationship with you in relation to this website.
The term 'Company' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 788-790 Finchley Road, London, NW11 7TJ. Our company registration number is 6857235. The term 'you' or 'customer' refers to the user or viewer of our website.
The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:
· The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
· Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. ADVERTISING
1.(a). The Customer will supply the Initial Advertising Content including photos, text, images in PDF, jpeg or tiff format at a minimum of 300dpi/ppi.
2.(b).Upon receipt of the Advertising proof, Customers must confirm their approval  by email or on official headed paper within the stated  time of 72 hours if not received within this time limit The Company reserve the right to publish  without  amendment.
3.(c).When the client provides content for publication or print, they are legally responsible for for ensuring that this matter does not infringe  copyright laws.
4.(d).The full responsibility in the relation to the content of the advertising rests with the Customer.  The Company however reserve the right  to amend or edit the proposed features that it considers to be unreasonable , unsuitable quality, offensive, or conflict with The Company business or corporate.
5.(e).Proofs represent the Customers chance to check all relevant details before going to print.  It is the Customers responsibility to ensure layout, colours, spelling, wording, telephone numbers, website addresses,  email addresses, address and any other detail within the supplied proof before going to print.
6.(f).Payment: (see  Payment section A).
7.(g).Cancellation (see Cancellation section C).
  
QUOTATIONS     
1.(a).The price quoted to a client is for the cost to complete the project. Minor changes are allowable without charge. Major changes will be billed accordingly.
2.(b).Quotes are valid for 30 days after which they will be subject to change.
3. c).Deposit  (see Payment section A).
4. d).The instruction for work to commence and payment of the required deposit indicates the client has read and agree the Terms and Conditions set out in the this documentation.
5.(e).Clients responsibility with regard to copyright (see Advertising  3a & 4a).

PRINTING
1.(a). All artwork designed by the company will need to be approved before printing.
2.(b).Samples supplied by customers may be presented in any form, either by e.mail in pdf, jpeg or tiff or by hard copy via post.
3.(c).You must own the Copyright to any text, photos, illustration or other artwork  or written permission from the Copyright owner.  This responsibility lies with the Customer and the Company accepts no responsibility for breach of Copyright by the Customer.
4.(d).Artwork supplied must be the correct size, resolution, layout, colour and all details checked and correct.
5.(e).A design fee will be charged for Full Design of artwork or any changes,  Customers must check artwork before submission.
6.(f).Colour printing process. The Company make all reasonable efforts to obtain the best possible colour reproduction of the Customers work, but colour variation is inherent in any printing process.  There is no guarantee in exact match, colour or texture supplied by the Customer.
7.(g).Cancellation of printing  (see Cancellation section C).
8.(h).Payment  (see Payment section A).

DISTRIBUTION Leaflet/Flyers/Brochures/Cards
1.(a). Unless otherwise stated distribution will normally take place within the quotation agreed upon by the Company and Customer.  Weekend days, public holidays together with delay caused by adverse weather conditions, force majeure, acts of God, illness, are not included when we quote door to door delivery times.  Delivery may therefore be affected.
2.(b).Price agreed is the rate quoted for carrying out the distribution taking into consideration the size and weight of the materials.  The price quoted is for the delivery time and dates given only.
3.(c).All material is accepted for distribution only on the basis it meets the conditions of the British Codes of Advertising.
4.(d).Leaflet distribution The Company will not accept materials of a sexual, salacious or racist nature.
5.(e).All offerings made by the Customer should be morally and legally acceptable.
6.(f).The Company retains the right to refuse any material for distribution that it considers unacceptable or inappropriate.
7.(g).Cancellation (see  Cancellation section C).   

PAYMENT Section A
For Advertising payment is due immediately from date of invoice unless other terms agreed in writing with Company.
Leaflets, Brochures, and any other printed material payment to be made 5 working days before going to print.
Distribution of materials must be paid before distribution date which will be given when distribution quote agreed.
VAT is applicable on all invoices unless exempt by government legislation.
Statutory late payment charges will be added to all invoices outstanding after 10 working after date of issue of invoice.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the project is required before work is  commenced.  This is non-refundable in the event of  cancellation  (see  cancellation) section C).
CLAIMS Section B
Each individual executing the agreement on behalf of the Customer represents and warrants that he/she has been fully empowered to execute this agreement and that all necessary action to authorise execution of this agreement by his/her has been taken.   The Customer/Employer of the signee will be fully liable for all claims.
CANCELLATION Section C                    
Terms and Conditions of Cancellation
No order which has been accepted by the Company may be cancelled by the Customer except with the agreement in writing of the Company within 14 days of project completion/distribution  or going to print and on terms that the Customer shall indemnify the Company in full against all loss including loss of profits, costs, damages, charges and expenses incurred by the Company as a result of cancellation.  The Company may terminate the contract at any time without penalty.  Any deposit paid by the Customer is non-refundable.
Liability
The Company cannot accept liability to the extent to which the fulfilment of its obligation is prevented or impeded as a consequence of any statute rule, regulation of strikes, lockouts and industrial action, fire, acts of God, war, postal delay, extreme weather conditions, force majeure, acts of terrorism, disaster conditions or any other reason beyond the control of the Company.
