Double sided A5 leaflet design for estate agent's 10th birthday
The brief: Design a leaflet informing local residents of Adams and Jones estate agents' 10th birthday celebrations and discounts. The leaflet has to be professional and classy with an element of fun.
The design: By incorporating dancing presents with a dancing house we added an element of fun and a hint of real estate to the design while still keeping a professional feel to the leaflet. The word birthday was created in 3D with "10th year" running through each letter. The back used the same birthday imagery and clearly stated the offers available to residents. The design was then printed on quality 350gsm silk stock and distributed to over 10,000 homes in Market Harborough via our in-house leaflet distribution service. |
